My 34.2 second F3F Run

Last Sunday while Rob was at home learning his 8 times table and Dumpster was at the Local Berni Inn with the family on Mothering Sunday duties I was smashing my PB time for an F3F run from 47.xx to 34.2.

    Thanks Rooster

    It was an epic day and I finally managed to get a few good turns all in the same run. I still have an awful lot to learn but the FOSA seems to be make up for the areas I am currently lacking
