Rob C and Martin D

Rob C.... Good looking, highly experienced radio control flyer. Martin D.... 40'ish, middle age spread kicking in. Motto "You build it, i'll fly it" UPDATE - Martin prob 50s and gone AWOL

Pitbull F3F

  Requires no introduction.... Baudis Pitbull.
If you want an all rounder that looks cool as feck, is stiffer than the old bacon rod in a brothel, then the Pitbull is what you need. I have one, Dave has two, although one of his is mainly car filler, Martin did have two sold one then vanished himself. Pretty much the gold standard in F3F, a few years old but still manufactured.

Mine was bought second hand and to be honest it scared me to start with, had a little bit of pee in my pants the first few flights, however got over the wet knicker phase and its now my 'go to' glider, it is a weapon out there. Endless vertical penetration, ooh err misses, and just covers the ground.

The only thing i would say is that sometimes it feels a bit... flat to fly, hard to explain really, my Pike is a lively girlfriend that keeps you on your toes, the Pitbull is like your best mate... you dont want to kiss them but is your best mate through thick and thin. Definitely a mans glider whilst the Pike is a ballerina. I have no idea if that makes any sense.. Freud would know.

Never the less and amazing glider that does exactly what its told to do, impeccable behavior and very easy to fly and looks the nutzs.

Really nice high aspect ration wings and a long nose, not like the latest PB3... dont get me started on the PB3! Anyways its a keeper.
