Rob C and Martin D

Rob C.... Good looking, highly experienced radio control flyer. Martin D.... 40'ish, middle age spread kicking in. Motto "You build it, i'll fly it" UPDATE - Martin prob 50s and gone AWOL

Trinity F3F

I did not have my Trinity long, bought mine from ebay, it was a wreck! just over £200. I had to do a lot of work on her to get her flying, she did come with all servos though. I really like the shape of the Trinity, nice curved wings, like a giant Banana!

She was a weighty heffa, i think this may of been the downfall of the trinity. But lovely to fly! very responsive, very quick and very stable in blustery conditions. 3 piece wing with the servos in the fuz mounted upside down.

Mine came with different colour wing panels, the centre section had taken a serious impact. Took me 2 weeks of glassing and sanding then finally spray painting to the standard of what you can see here.

If i was offered one of these second hand, i would seriously think about buying it. The groove really well, mine unfortunately was very week due to past cashes, i broke the fuz twice on normal landings, got fed up repairing it so sold it on. But a fantastic old school design, massive flaps, massive ailerons and looks i think very pretty.

Massive ballast tube under there, only way to get electrical plug in was on one side of fuz.

Incidentally if any one has one let me know!

Geoff the local plumber has the F3B version, 2 piece wing lovely looking, however still heavy!

A lovely glider for those big air days!!
